Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions
