- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet with space between each meatball.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C).
