- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-seasoned)
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Form the mixture into golf-ball-sized meatballs (about 1.5 inches in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded mozzarella over each meatball. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
