- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (reserve half for topping)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine all-purpose flour and cocoa powder. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients while stirring until just combined.
- Fold in half of the graham cracker crumbs into the brownie batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and immediately scatter mini marshmallows and remaining graham cracker crumbs over the top.
- Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed.
- Let cool slightly before cutting into squares and drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
