Description

Indulge in these rich, fudgy brownies layered with crunchy graham crackers and gooey marshmallows for a nostalgic dessert experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (reserve half for topping)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine all-purpose flour and cocoa powder. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients while stirring until just combined.
  4. Fold in half of the graham cracker crumbs into the brownie batter.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Remove from oven and immediately scatter mini marshmallows and remaining graham cracker crumbs over the top.
  7. Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed.
  8. Let cool slightly before cutting into squares and drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
