  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, minced garlic, and egg. Mix until well combined without overmixing.
  3. 3. Scoop out portions of the mixture (about two tablespoons each) and roll them into balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. 4. Bake the meatballs in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
