- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet about an inch apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the meatballs bake, heat marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Once the meatballs are done baking, add them to the simmering marinara sauce for 5 minutes to absorb flavor.
- Serve warm with extra marinara sauce drizzled on top.
