Description

Savory Turkey Meatballs are tender, flavorful bites packed with herbs and spices, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet about an inch apart.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs bake, heat marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Once the meatballs are done baking, add them to the simmering marinara sauce for 5 minutes to absorb flavor.
  7. Serve warm with extra marinara sauce drizzled on top.
