Instructions
- Cut the boneless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and let excess drip off.
- Coat the chicken pieces evenly with cornstarch.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
