Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Cut the boneless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let excess drip off.
  4. Coat the chicken pieces evenly with cornstarch.
