Instructions
- Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with butter or nonstick spray.
- Mash Bananas: In a large mixing bowl, mash the overripe bananas until smooth. Stir in the eggs and coconut milk until well combined.
