- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla; beat until creamy.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients; stir gently until just combined (lumps are okay).
- Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat; add a pat of butter or cooking spray.
- Scoop about half a cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake; cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Whisk powdered sugar with enough milk to achieve a pourable consistency.
- Drizzle icing over warm pancakes and serve immediately.
