- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan to form an even layer.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in short bursts of 30 seconds, stirring in between until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add granulated sugar while continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream until fully combined.
- Pour this mixture over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
- Top the tart with fresh cranberries, lightly pressing them into the filling.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight if possible.
- Before serving, dust with powdered sugar.
