Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan to form an even layer.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in short bursts of 30 seconds, stirring in between until smooth. Allow to cool slightly.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add granulated sugar while continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
  7. Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream until fully combined.
  8. Pour this mixture over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  9. Top the tart with fresh cranberries, lightly pressing them into the filling.
  10. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight if possible.
  11. Before serving, dust with powdered sugar.
