Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry preferred)
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls about one inch in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of at least 165°F/74°C).
  6. While meatballs are baking, whisk together cranberry sauce and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat until warmed and slightly bubbly.
  7. Once baked, remove meatballs from the oven and drizzle generously with cranberry glaze before serving.
