- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry preferred)
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls about one inch in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of at least 165°F/74°C).
- While meatballs are baking, whisk together cranberry sauce and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat until warmed and slightly bubbly.
- Once baked, remove meatballs from the oven and drizzle generously with cranberry glaze before serving.
