- 1/2 cup plain or seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls (about one inch in diameter) and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While meatballs are baking, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbly.
- Once meatballs are done baking, toss them gently in the glaze until well-coated. Serve immediately.
