- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, sugar, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter and eggs until frothy. Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in half of the chocolate chips and half of the crushed graham crackers.
- Pour brownie batter into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining graham cracker crumbs, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Allow brownies to cool in the pan before slicing into squares.
