Ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water (about 110°F)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 oz brie cheese, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit until frothy (about 5 minutes).
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour and salt. Gradually stir in the yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth (about 5 minutes).
  4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone inside if using.
  6. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; grill over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Allow to cool slightly before shredding into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Roll out the risen dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.
  8. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the surface of the dough; drizzle with olive oil.
  9. Layer shredded smoked chicken evenly over the sauce and scatter brie cheese chunks on top.
  10. Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
