Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water (about 110°F)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit until frothy (about 5 minutes).
- In a separate bowl, combine flour and salt. Gradually stir in the yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth (about 5 minutes).
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone inside if using.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; grill over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Allow to cool slightly before shredding into bite-sized pieces.
- Roll out the risen dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.
- Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the surface of the dough; drizzle with olive oil.
- Layer shredded smoked chicken evenly over the sauce and scatter brie cheese chunks on top.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
