- 5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 tbsp dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)

Instructions
