  • 3 tablespoons raw honey (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss strawberries with 1 tablespoon of honey and roast for about 20 minutes until softened and caramelized.
