  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. Crush chocolate graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a resealable bag and smashing them with a rolling pin.
  2. 2. Combine crumbs with melted butter until sandy. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your baking dish.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, blend mascarpone cheese and heavy whipping cream until peaks form.
  4. 4. Add sugar and cocoa powder, mixing until smooth and cohesive.
  5. 5. Spread half of the creamy filling over the crust evenly.
  6. 6. Layer half of the fresh raspberries on top.
