Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, cold butter, and brown sugar until crumbly.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- While the crust is baking, whisk together eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
- Stir in chopped pecans until well combined.
- Pour the filling evenly over the pre-baked crust.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set but slightly wobbly in the center.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before slicing into bars.
