Instructions
- Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Alternatively, use a ziplock bag and a rolling pin.
- Mix with Cream Cheese: In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese. Mix until well incorporated, resembling soft dough.
- Form into Balls: Roll small portions of the mixture into balls about one inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring in between until smooth.
- Coat the Truffles: Dip each Oreo ball into melted chocolate using a fork or toothpick, letting excess drip off before placing back on parchment paper.
