Ingredients

  • 6 oz salami, thinly sliced
  • 6 oz capicola, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup green olives, chopped
  • 1 cup black olives, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C), placing pizza stones or baking sheets inside for a crispy base.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape and place it on parchment paper.
  3. Evenly layer the salami and capicola over the rolled-out dough.
