Marry Me Chicken Pasta is a creamy, flavorful dish that combines tender chicken with sun-dried tomatoes and rich herbs, perfect for impressing loved ones at any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta (cooked according to package instructions)

Instructions

  1. 1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. 4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir well, scraping up any bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  5. 5. Add sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Simmer gently until slightly thickened.
  6. 6. Return the chicken to the skillet along with cooked pasta. Toss well to coat everything in the sauce.
  7. 7. Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
