  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce (low-sodium)
  • 3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Place chicken thighs skin-side up in the prepared baking dish and pour half of the glaze over them, ensuring they are well-coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. After that, remove from oven and brush with remaining glaze; return to bake for another 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (75°C).
  6. Serve hot, drizzling any remaining sauce over the chicken thighs.
