  3. Chill: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to individual jars. Refrigerate for at least four hours, preferably overnight, to allow the chia seeds to swell and thicken.
  4. Serve: Once set, stir well before serving. Top with reserved mango chunks and shredded coconut if desired.
