- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs

- 1/3 cup pure honey
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 4 soft brioche or potato buns
- Pickles (to taste)
Instructions
- Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs mixed with hot sauce, and one filled with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken breast into the flour mixture, shaking off excess. Then coat in the egg mixture and roll in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Heat about half an inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry each piece of chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey and Sriracha until smooth. Adjust hot sauce to taste.
