- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
- In a large bowl, combine sweet corn, melted butter, honey, sour cream, and eggs. Mix until well blended.
- Fold in two-thirds of the grated cheddar cheese into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top. Bake for about 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven for an additional five minutes until bubbly and slightly browned.
