  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sweet corn, melted butter, honey, sour cream, and eggs. Mix until well blended.
  3. Fold in two-thirds of the grated cheddar cheese into the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top. Bake for about 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven for an additional five minutes until bubbly and slightly browned.
