- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium onion, chopped

- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine yogurt, garam masala, minced ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Add diced chicken breasts and coat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté chopped onions until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink (about 7-10 minutes).
- Stir in tomato puree and coconut milk; lower the heat and simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve garnished with fresh cilantro alongside naan or rice.
