Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Press the crust mixture evenly into the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
- Stir in melted butter until fully incorporated.
- Pour the filling mixture over the prepared crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown but still soft in the center.
- Allow it to cool completely before slicing into squares.
