Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the crust mixture evenly into the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
  5. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
  6. Stir in melted butter until fully incorporated.
  7. Pour the filling mixture over the prepared crust.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown but still soft in the center.
  9. Allow it to cool completely before slicing into squares.
