Instructions
- 1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. Prepare the Carrots: Wash and peel the carrots if necessary. Cut them into even-sized pieces, about two inches long.
- 3. Mix Olive Oil and Garlic: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil and minced garlic.
- 4. Add Seasonings: Toss the carrot pieces in the olive oil mixture, adding salt and pepper until they are well-coated.
