- 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, diced

- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all ingredients. Dice Yukon Gold potatoes into bite-sized pieces and slice the onion.
- 2. Season the Chicken: In a large bowl, season the chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
