Description

Savor the comfort of this creamy, cheesy baked ziti made effortlessly in your Crock Pot—ideal for family gatherings or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz ziti pasta
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. If using ground beef, brown it in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with half of the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Stir in Italian seasoning until combined.
  3. In the Crock Pot, add a ladle of marinara sauce at the bottom followed by half of the uncooked ziti pasta. Spoon half of the ricotta mixture over the pasta and layer with more marinara sauce.
  4. Repeat layers with remaining pasta, ricotta mixture, and top with rest of marinara sauce. Finish by sprinkling leftover mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours or high for 2 hours until pasta is tender and cheese is bubbling.
  6. Once cooked, gently stir before serving. Enjoy!
