- 1 package puff pastry sheets (thawed)
- 8 oz brie cheese (cut into small pieces)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares about three inches wide.
- Place a small piece of brie in the center of each pastry square.
- Spoon a dollop of cranberry sauce over each piece of brie.
- Fold each pastry square diagonally to form triangles or gather them into little bundles. Pinch the edges firmly to seal.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water to create an egg wash. Brush each pastry bite with the egg wash.
- Transfer the assembled bites onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
