- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Add eggs one at a time while mixing until smooth and fluffy.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth out the top. Bake for about 25–30 minutes or until golden brown. A toothpick inserted should come out clean.
- While the bars cool, whip together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth and creamy.
- Once cooled completely, spread the frosting evenly over the bars. Cut into squares or rectangles for serving.
