  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Add eggs one at a time while mixing until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth out the top. Bake for about 25–30 minutes or until golden brown. A toothpick inserted should come out clean.
  7. While the bars cool, whip together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth and creamy.
  8. Once cooled completely, spread the frosting evenly over the bars. Cut into squares or rectangles for serving.
