Description

Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding is a delightful fusion of fluffy cinnamon rolls and creamy custard, topped with sweet icing, making it the perfect indulgent treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 6 large cinnamon rolls, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk (or cream cheese for added richness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Place the cinnamon roll pieces in the greased baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces and gently toss to coat. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  6. While baking, mix powdered sugar with milk or cream cheese until smooth.
  7. Drizzle over the warm bread pudding after it comes out of the oven.
