Description

Warm, gooey delight combining tender chicken and creamy cheeses wrapped in flaky crescent rolls. Perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tubes crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Allow cooling slightly before shredding.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, spinach, and half of both cheeses. Mix until well blended.
  4. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Unroll one tube of crescent roll dough into the bottom of the baking dish as a base.
  6. Spread the cheesy chicken mixture evenly over the crescent roll base.
  7. Unroll the second tube of crescent dough and place triangles over the filling like a blanket.
  8. Sprinkle remaining cheeses on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crescent dough is golden brown and crispy.
