- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 packages (8 oz each) crescent dough sheets
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook boneless chicken breasts for about 7-10 minutes per side until fully cooked. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and green onions. Mix until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet and press seams together to form a rectangle.
- Evenly spread the cheesy chicken mixture across the dough rectangle.
- Roll up the dough tightly from one end to another and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Slice into pieces and serve warm.
