- 12 oz ziti pasta
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the ziti until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked ziti, torn spinach, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, marinara sauce, garlic powder, oregano, and salt until well combined.
- Pour half of the mixture into the greased baking dish. Layer with some marinara sauce before adding the remaining ziti mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with garlic bread or a crisp salad.
