  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced apples with granulated sugar and cinnamon. Toss well and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour and brown sugar.
  3. Add cold butter cubes and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to combine until crumbly.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
