- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sliced apples with granulated sugar and cinnamon. Toss well and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix flour and brown sugar.
- Add cold butter cubes and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to combine until crumbly.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust into your pie dish.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly over the crust.
- Generously sprinkle the crumble topping over the apples.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and juices are bubbling.
