  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time until well blended.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan and bake for about 25–30 minutes or until golden brown on top and a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
