  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (plus an additional cup for topping)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a pie pan and bake for about 10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool.
  4. Place dark chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl.
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, bring 1 cup of heavy whipping cream to a simmer (do not boil).
