  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pure peppermint extract
  • Water or milk (as needed for consistency)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Gradually add in flour until combined. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of your prepared baking dish.
