- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp pure peppermint extract
- Water or milk (as needed for consistency)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Gradually add in flour until combined. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of your prepared baking dish.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
