Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Crispy Potatoes are a delightful combination of juicy steak and golden, crunchy potatoes, perfect for cozy dinners or entertaining guests.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut baby potatoes in half and toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. While the potatoes are baking, cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
  5. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
  6. Once bubbling, add minced garlic followed by the seasoned steak bites.
  7. Sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  8. Once cooked, combine the steak bites with the crispy potatoes in the skillet.
  9. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over everything before serving.
