- 1 lb baby potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut baby potatoes in half and toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- While the potatoes are baking, cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
- Once bubbling, add minced garlic followed by the seasoned steak bites.
- Sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Once cooked, combine the steak bites with the crispy potatoes in the skillet.
- Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over everything before serving.
