Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Place them in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle minced garlic over the chicken. Arrange green beans around the chicken.
  4. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, and olive oil until well combined.
  5. Pour sauce over the chicken and green beans. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until everything is golden brown. Serve hot with extra sauce if desired.
