- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Place them in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle minced garlic over the chicken. Arrange green beans around the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, and olive oil until well combined.
- Pour sauce over the chicken and green beans. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until everything is golden brown. Serve hot with extra sauce if desired.
