- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb sea scallops, rinsed and patted dry
- 2 lobster tails, thawed if frozen
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Peel and devein the shrimp. Rinse the scallops under cold water and pat them dry.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Gently place the shrimp and scallops into the skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Carefully add the lobster tails to the skillet along with a splash of water or broth to prevent sticking. Cover and let simmer for about 5 to 7 minutes until everything is perfectly cooked.
- Stir in the remaining butter, chopped herbs, and lemon juice into the skillet. Allow this mixture to bubble for another minute to meld the flavors.
- Transfer your seafood delicacy onto plates and garnish with extra fresh herbs. Pair it with crusty bread or serve it over pasta for an unforgettable dining experience!
