Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb sea scallops, rinsed and patted dry
  • 2 lobster tails, thawed if frozen
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Peel and devein the shrimp. Rinse the scallops under cold water and pat them dry.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Gently place the shrimp and scallops into the skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Carefully add the lobster tails to the skillet along with a splash of water or broth to prevent sticking. Cover and let simmer for about 5 to 7 minutes until everything is perfectly cooked.
  5. Stir in the remaining butter, chopped herbs, and lemon juice into the skillet. Allow this mixture to bubble for another minute to meld the flavors.
  6. Transfer your seafood delicacy onto plates and garnish with extra fresh herbs. Pair it with crusty bread or serve it over pasta for an unforgettable dining experience!
