- 4 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a pie dish with non-stick spray or butter.
- Roll out the pie crust and fit it into the greased dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine fresh cranberries, sugar, and ground cinnamon. Stir until evenly coated.
- Pour the cranberry mixture into the prepared pie crust. Dot with small pieces of butter on top.
- Optionally, roll out another layer of pie crust for a top or create a lattice design. Alternatively, leave it open-faced.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, until the filling bubbles and the crust is golden brown.
