Description

Experience tender salmon fillets enveloped in zesty lemon garlic butter, baked to perfection in foil for a hassle-free meal that delights every palate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dried dill or parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, allowing extra foil on the edges.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
  4. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the foil-lined baking sheet. Drizzle them generously with the lemon garlic butter sauce.
  5. Fold up the sides of the foil to create a sealed packet around the salmon.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Transfer to plates and drizzle with any remaining sauce from the foil.
