Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry until about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut the pastry into rectangles large enough to wrap around each cheese stick wrapped in ham. Lay down a slice of ham flat on the pastry, place a cheese stick at one end, then roll it up tightly, ensuring there are no gaps.
- Brush each rolled stick generously with the beaten egg wash to achieve a golden color when baked.
- Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until they are golden brown and puffed up.
