- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 4 cups whole milk
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into pieces

- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on your counter for easy access.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook half of the elbow macaroni until al dente, about 6 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In your crockpot, combine the cooked macaroni, sharp cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, butter, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for about 2 hours.
- Stir every 30 minutes to ensure an even consistency.
