- In another bowl, whisk together peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll into balls. Place them on a lined baking sheet.
