- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger

- 3 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Slice the flank steak into thin strips against the grain for maximum tenderness.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add sliced flank steak in a single layer and sear without stirring for 1 minute. Stir frequently until browned, about 3 minutes total.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and stir everything together for another 2 minutes on high heat until thickened slightly.
- Remove from heat, toss in chopped green onions just before serving. Serve over steamed rice or crispy noodles.
